Jesters on a Stick!

This joker section is about  Jokers on a Stick! Basically, its jokers where the artwork focuses on the jesters wand.   It is one of four subsections (which each now has its own post) about jokers showing heads and maybe bodies but no legs: 

• Jesters on a Stick - This Post

• Heads with Hands b ut NO Wands.

 This joker section is built around only having the head and upper body, no legs! There are four subsections, the article is about the first subsection: Jokers on a Stick! Basically, jokers focusing on the jesters wand.   Each of these subsections now has its own post:
